This is an excellent resource for those wishing to focus their
Hypnotherapy on the specialist area of Weight Reduction. The
book is a clever combination of NLP techniques and Hypnotic
scripts as well as being an extremely practical guide for
setting up your own business. Judith Pearson has left no
stone unturned in telling you everything you need to know
about how to run this programme as part of your current
practice. The book covers; an overview of the programme,
detailed instructions for each of the eight client focussed
sessions, templates, checklists, how to market the programme
and a CD of carefully structured homework assignments for
clients.
The content of the sessions are well thought out and the
psychological aspects of complex weight issues are explored
extensively with useful NLP exercises and frames of thinking
to help the client achieve the best outcome. I would highly
recommend this well researched, thought out book to anyone
who is an NLP Practitioner with Hypnosis training who is
looking to extend their practice into this specialist area..
